Now Hiring HVAC Installers

Unique Heating & Air Conditioning is growing quickly and looking for dependable team members who are ready to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. We are currently interviewing for the following positions:

Lead HVAC Installers

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience. What We're Looking For: Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and mentor a helper on-site, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, code-compliant workmanship on every project.

Helper / Apprentice Installers

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience or relevant trade school training. What We're Looking For: Motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take direction from experienced industry professionals while developing valuable skills for long-term career growth.

Applicant Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a standard background check
  • Dependable attendance and professional attitude
